About Pablo Luna
Before Pablo became a Corporate Sleep Health Strategist & Speaker, he spent more than 40 years in manufacturing and operations, leading teams of up to 400 employees. While working in Juárez, Mexico, Pablo helped move one manufacturing plant from 17th of 18 plants to 3rd by improving operations, quality, safety, and organizational efficiency — while reducing headcount from 405 to 250.
That business experience, combined with his personal journey with obstructive sleep apnea, shapes Pablo’s approach to corporate sleep health today. He understands the pressures executives face around healthcare costs, workplace safety, productivity, employee well-being, and operational performance because he has faced many of those same challenges from the management side of the table.
Today, Pablo works with employers, C-Suite executives, CHROs, benefits leaders, managers, and employees to increase awareness of the often-overlooked connection between sleep health and organizational performance. He translates complex sleep health information into practical, understandable language and combines current research with lessons from his own 17-year experience living with obstructive sleep apnea.
Pablo’s mission is straightforward: help organizations make sleep health part of the workplace conversation — while helping employees and their families sleep better, live healthier, and perform at their best.
Watch Your Family Sleep™
Sleep health awareness can start at home — and extend into the workplace.
Pablo Luna challenges C-Suite executives and business leaders to Watch Your Family Sleep™.
Pay attention to the people closest to you. Do they snore loudly? Do you notice pauses in their breathing, followed by gasping or choking? Are they constantly tired despite spending enough time in bed? These observations may be warning signs that deserve a conversation with a healthcare professional.
Now take that awareness into the workplace.
If sleep disorders can go unnoticed within our own families, consider how easily they can remain unrecognized among hundreds or thousands of employees.
Watch Your Family Sleep™ is more than a family message. It is a call for greater sleep health awareness — beginning at home and extending throughout the organization.
When leaders understand the problem personally, they are better positioned to recognize why sleep health deserves a place in conversations about employee well-being, safety, healthcare costs, and performance.
Sleep Health: Cradle to Grave
Sleep health doesn't begin in adulthood — and it doesn't end at retirement. Sleep health matters throughout the lifespan. Warning signs and risks can change with age, but awareness should begin early and continue throughout life. Cradle to Grave Sleep Health™ encourages C-Suite leaders to see sleep health from a broader perspective — beginning with their own families and extending to the employees and families within their organizations.
Earlier awareness. Earlier action. Better outcomes.

Pablo's Talks
CHROs: Stressed Out? How OSA Affects Workplace Performance.
Keynote
Because as many as 80% of obstructive sleep apnea cases remain undiagnosed, many organizations may be absorbing related health and business costs without realizing it.
In this session, Corporate Sleep Health Strategist & Speaker Pablo Luna helps CHROs understand the hidden workplace impact of sleep apnea and identify practical steps organizations can take to improve employee health, safety, and performance.
Drawing on his own 10-year experience after diagnosis, Pablo introduces the EMT Framework — Educate, Measure & Observe, and Testing — a practical approach for increasing awareness, recognizing potential risk indicators, and encouraging appropriate sleep testing through qualified healthcare providers.
The potential business impact: a healthier workforce, improved safety and performance, and a stronger approach to managing healthcare-related costs.
Keynote
This session shifts the focus from workforce wellness to the executive’s own sleep health, cognitive performance, and leadership effectiveness. Untreated sleep apnea can disrupt restorative sleep and affect attention, memory, decision-making, and emotional regulation — capabilities leaders rely on every day.
Drawing on his personal experience, Pablo Luna explores how undiagnosed or inadequately managed sleep apnea can affect an executive’s performance and long-term effectiveness. He also examines the warning signs leaders should recognize and the steps they can take to protect their health. The message extends beyond the individual executive, showing how sleep health can influence leadership, workplace safety, productivity, and operational performance across an organization.

Workshop
Poor sleep and undiagnosed sleep disorders can affect how employees feel, think, and perform — both at work and at home. Yet many people may not recognize the warning signs or know when to seek professional evaluation.
In this interactive four-hour workshop, Corporate Sleep Health Strategist & Speaker Pablo Luna draws on his personal “10-Year Sleep Coma” experience to help employees and managers understand sleep health, recognize potential warning signs of obstructive sleep apnea, and connect sleep with health, safety, and workplace performance.
Participants learn Pablo’s EMT Framework — Educate, Measure & Observe, and Testing — and leave with practical tools to recognize risk indicators, have more informed conversations with healthcare providers, and take meaningful steps toward better sleep health.

Testimonials

Pablo was deeply involved in every aspect of the operation. He stayed focused on business objectives, communicated clearly, and remained committed to the organization’s overall success. He was a people person who listened to others and cared about their well-being.
Working together, Pablo helped turn the plant into a profitable operation by reducing employee turnover to below 4%, reducing inventory by 40% and scrap by 80%, increasing on-time delivery to above 98%, and reducing PPMs from 13,000 to 470. When Pablo took over, the operation faced resource constraints and limited corporate confidence. He built a strong management team and gained support from corporate stakeholders. His detailed understanding of operations and broad business knowledge were key to making it happen.
I am proud to have been part of Pablo’s team and to have contributed to these achievements under his leadership.

Pablo Luna was one of the two most intelligent students I taught during my six years at UTEP. Because of his ability, I hired him to assist with my research on everyday life in El Paso and Ciudad Juarez.
As a student, Pablo was brilliant. As a research assistant, he surpassed my expectations. He was the best research assistant I had in more than 30 years of teaching and research, during which I published seven books.
I highly recommend Pablo Luna for any endeavor he pursues.
